Information on the processing of personal data
OrgaSil Shop pays the utmost attention to the confidentiality, protection and security of personal data relating to customers with whom it comes into contact.
The Customer is therefore advised to visit all the sections of this document in advance, in which the management methods are described with reference to the processing of personal data pursuant to Legislative Decree 196 of 30/06/03, to determine some minimum requirements for the collection of personal data online, and, in particular, the methods, times and nature of the information that the data controllers must provide to customers when they connect to Web pages, regardless of the purpose of the connection.
1. OPTIONAL DATA SUPPLY:
The Customer is free to provide personal data to OrgaSil Shop through the optional, explicit and voluntary sending of order forms. Failure to provide data may make it impossible for our Company to provide the requested service.
2. METHOD OF TREATMENT:
Personal data are processed with manual and IT tools in order to achieve the purposes for which they were collected. Specific security measures are observed to prevent data loss, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access.
3. PLACE OF DATA PROCESSING:
The data relating to the services are processed directly by the Data Controller company and are only handled by employees, collaborators or members of the Company in charge of the Treatment, as well as by any persons in charge of occasional maintenance operations.
4. HOLDER OF THE TREATMENT:
The Data Controller is OrgaSil Shop - PO Box 64 - D-77944 Friesenheim Germany. According to current legislation, it is the right of the Customers to whom the personal data of:
I. obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning them;
II. obtain information:
a) the origin of personal data;
b) the purposes and methods of treatment;
c) the logic applied in case of treatment carried out with the aid of electronic instruments;
d) the identity of the owner, manager and the designated representative;
e) of the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the data may be communicated or who may become aware of them as appointed representative in the territory of the State, managers or agents; obtain:
1) updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data;
2) the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
3) the attestation that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, also as regards their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except in the case where this fulfillment proves impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right; object, in whole or in part:
a) for legitimate reasons, the processing of personal data concerning him, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection;
b) to the processing of personal data concerning him for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct selling or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.
